So this past Wednesday I upgraded the console software….again. We are actually on version 2.7.025. The upgrade to 2.7 only made a few minor changes but really changes the monitor world ergonomics! Here is the biggest change.

Normally when we cue the monitor mixes….we would push the AFL to the appropriate mix in the master section…here:

Now we can cue the mixes from here:

Other changes include this handy feature of showing VCA contribution:

Monitor guys….now you can stay in front of the faders and window and cue the mixes at the same time.

Hey Audiophiles!

Just wanted to keep you up to date on the consoles. We are now on Version 2.6.3.1. You can download the stand alone software from the digi site or pick it up from me the next time you are at the church. I don’t think there is anything too huge to be aware of. Just realize there might be compatibility issues if you work on your show from home and are not the same version.
